5. Cookies, Website Analytics and What We Store on Your Device

This website sets no cookies. Not for analytics, not for advertising, and not for sign-in on these public pages. We use your browser's own storage instead. Only your answer to the consent question is stored before you decide. Everything else below waits for you to accept, and if you decline, nothing in the lists below is stored, recorded or sent.

What is stored on your device

• Your answer to the consent question, with the date and the version of the question you answered, so we do not ask on every page. This is the only thing stored before you decide.
• Your theme, light or dark, only if you use the toggle.
• A random session ID, only if you accept. It is deleted when you close the tab, and it lets us group one visit's page views together.
• A random anonymous visitor ID, only if you accept. It is a randomly generated code kept in your browser's local storage so that we can tell a returning visitor from a new one. It is not derived from your name, email, device or IP address, and it is not linked to any form you submit. It stays until you change or withdraw your choice below, or clear this site's data in your browser.
• Visit notes, only if you accept and only for the life of the tab: the first page of your visit, the site you arrived from, and any campaign tags (the utm_ parameters) that were in the link you followed.

What we record if you accept

These records are sent through our own server to our internal analytics dashboard. They are not sold, and they are not shared with any advertising network.

• Pages and time: the address of each page you view, the language of the page, the first page of your visit, and how long you spent on each page.
• Where you came from: the domain name of the site that linked to us (for example a search engine or a social network, never the full address or search terms), whether the visit was direct, from search, social, email or another website, and any campaign tags in the link.
• Country, device and browser: your country, device type (desktop, mobile or tablet), operating system family and browser family, for example "Germany, mobile, Android, Chrome". The country is taken from your connection when the page is requested. It is a country only, not your city or your precise location. Browser and operating system are worked out from the browser's identification string, which is then discarded.
• Visitor and session IDs: the two random IDs above, and the time of each event.
• What you do on the site: which main buttons and links you click (such as Contact, Request a demo, View pricing or Start checkout, and where on the page they were), whether you click a phone or email link, which website a link takes you to when it leaves ours, when you open the chat assistant, when you start, submit or fail to submit one of our forms (which form, and the type of problem such as validation, server, bot check or rate limit), and when you arrive at checkout with a plan selected (the plan and billing cycle).

What we do not record

• Your IP address. It is not stored in these records and it is not sent to our dashboard.
• Your name, email address or phone number.
• Anything you type into a form, or any other form contents.
• Patient data of any kind.
• Your precise or city-level location.
• Visits by automated crawlers and bots, which are filtered out and not recorded.

Like every website, our hosting provider necessarily handles your IP address in order to deliver pages to you. That is part of serving the site and is separate from the analytics records described here.

Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights

This website is hosted on Vercel, and also uses Vercel Analytics (visit and page view statistics) and Vercel Speed Insights (page loading speed measurements). Vercel acts as our processor for these tools and handles the data under its own terms and privacy policy. They are loaded only after you accept, using the same choice as our own analytics. If you decline, or later withdraw your choice, they are not loaded from the next page you open or the next reload.

How long we keep it

Website analytics records are kept for 36 months, after which they are deleted automatically. They remain after your visit ends even though the session ID itself does not. Records held by Vercel are kept under Vercel's own retention rules.

Changing or withdrawing your choice

You can change your mind at any time with the button below, which is as easy as accepting was. Choosing again deletes the visitor ID, the session ID and the visit notes from your browser straight away and stops any further recording. We will ask you again whenever what we record changes in a way that needs a fresh answer.

Forms and payments are separate

The details you give us in a contact or demo form, and the details involved in buying a plan, are handled as described in the other sections of this policy and do not depend on your analytics choice. We do not attach your analytics visitor ID to them. Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a script. Our payment pages involve Razorpay or Stripe only at the moment you choose to pay, and when a payment fails our payment systems note that fact against the customer account concerned. Those providers handle your data under their own privacy policies.

6. Controlling Your Personal Information

You may choose to restrict the collection or use of your personal information in the following ways:

• whenever you are asked to fill in a form on the website, look for the box that you can click to indicate that you do not want the information to be used by anybody for direct marketing purposes
• if you have previously agreed to us using your personal information for direct marketing purposes, you may change your mind at any time by writing to or emailing us at eh@eruntar.world

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. We may use your personal information to send you promotional information about third parties which we think you may find interesting if you tell us that you wish this to happen.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal information
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt-out of marketing communications
• Export your data in a portable format

8. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. Patient data is retained according to healthcare regulations and your facility's policies. Website analytics records are kept for 36 months and then deleted automatically (see section 5).

9. International Data Transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data in accordance with applicable laws.
